Evnroll is currently shipping to Canada, and is looking to ship internationally to most countries by the end of 2024. Subscribe for email updates for launch notifications.
We are happy to ship our products to international customers and want to share these important considerations for international shipments.
Highlights
- Free Shipping is not available on international orders
- Customers are responsible for Duties and Taxes (Typically 5 to 15%)
- International shipping takes longer than domestic shipping
- Warranty & Returns are at the cost of the customer (both ways)
Customs Tariffs
Import duties and taxes are estimated in the shopping cart, but may vary. These fees are due to the shipping carrier upon delivery, and in some cases are sent a few weeks post delivery.
We highly recommend checking with your local customs office to inquire about any potential taxes or fees that may be due with your shipment.

Depending on your shipping method, most international orders will take between 3-6 weeks to arrive. This will depend on your location and other factors including customs processing.

Tracking
International tracking updates depend on your country's shipping procedures and do not update in real-time. Once the shipment leaves the USA any shipment inquiries or changes must be done through your local post office directly.
Warrany & Returns
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on all international orders. To start a return, please visit our returns page below and follow standard return procedures.
Evnroll's warranty policy applies to all international customers and orders.
All international claims would be subject to the same procedures outlined for our domestic customers and we do require all claimants ship their items to us to be processed. We are not be able to assess or cover any shipping costs associated with any claims, the clamant would be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Our free shipping only pertains to orders and shipments in the domestic United States using standard shipping methods.
